I stayed about two months and it was a perfect stay. The place is in very center of K town and it's only 5 min walk to many restaurants and marts. Getting to downtown or some sightseeing places were very close by a car. It's a new building and has a parking lot on the basement floor so feels very safe parking and going upto my apartment even at night time. Everything was as explained, the host responded very quick, and if I go back to LA, I will definitely will stay here again. highly recommended!!

We had a perfect stay. We absolutely loved the peaceful, tranquil vibe, the house has a welcoming homely feel, very rustic with the Venice charm, this suited us well. Super cottage style kitchen, we absolutely loved the antique cooker/hob worked really well. Two bathrooms, one down and one up, both were clean and worked well. The outdoor terrace was a dream, we loved the outdoor space, just so peaceful this was heaven in the morning with your tea/coffee and your wine in the late afternoon, the outdoor light in the evening made it so cosy, warm and welcoming, only thing we would have loved to be able to eat a meal outside, there’s a great coffee table but really only suited for nibbles/tapas wine etc. which we used every afternoon /evening. BBQ was great, sadly we only had time to use this the once. Parking space was large, we had a large SUV, that fitted well. Security - we felt very safe If you like hotel clean lines then this is probably is not the right fit for you.

Ein tolles Appartement! Wir sind eine 6 köpfige Familie und haben alle ohne Probleme Platz gefunden! Die Lage ist großartig. Am wunderschönen Canal und fußläufig zum Strand. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Einzig Handtücher haben gefehlt, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Wir haben schnell eine Lösung gefunden. Samen war immer gut erreichbar und hat schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert! Vielen Dank für alles. WIr hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt

This listing is exactly as depicted and described. I chose this specifically for the unique and beautiful location on the Venice Canals. The beach is only a 10 minute walk where there are many food options. I loved the dock and the deck on the canal, it creates quite an atmosphere morning or night. Neighborhood residences are very friendly and would chat when passing by. We needed a rental car based on exploring the surrounding area but others may prefer to Uber to Hollywood, etc. The bathrooms were great and the house itslef is an original from 1910 so has charming features throughout. The upstairs bedroom has AC and the common areas are spacious. Saman was wonderful to work and communicate with -we enjoyed having the chance to meet him upon arrival. He provides beach chairs and towles, as well as kitchen essentials. We would stay here again but most likley off season because the area is crowded this time of year but coming back to a quiet house in the evening was helpful.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Cancellation policy

This property follows Villoura’s standard cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Villoura will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Villoura will match it.
